Accounting Menu of Options Some of my clients require full accounting and bookkeeping services while others may require only bank reconciliation. Therefore we offer the option of limited services which you would dictate as to what you would prefer us to furnish and what you would do yourself. We generally start with an hourly rate until it is determined how many transactions are conducted in a month’s period. We then switch to a fixed monthly cost to better enable you to budget your cash flow. We also offer an alternative to on-site service. If you have access to a fax, documents can be sent to us for entry into the accounting system. Regular mail can be used for sending check stubs for bank reconciliation. E-Mail can also be a source of communication by using attachments. When we finish the data entry, statements will be sent back to you with a disk to update your system. We do not require any contracts or commitments. If you choose to expand, or reduce your services we will re-negotiate our monthly fee. For costs please Contact Us. Patrick
